After finishing the first draft of this book, I decided that it actually worked better as Book 1  in the series. I can’t go into details about why that is without giving away parts of the story, so I’ll leave it at that (a more detailed explanation for this change is in the Author’s Notes at the end of Binding Vows).

If you’ve already read Binding Choice, no worries—they are both designed to be read as stand-alones as well, and the order in which they are read is not crucial.

I’m thrilled to announce new covers for James and Carrie’s story. And with the cover change also the title was changed.

The original titles and covers seemed to be too much horror rather than romantic suspense, so with the help of my wonderful cover designer, Melinda VanLone, we’ve rebranded them.

Ripples of Evil is now Payback, and Backlash of Evil is just Backlash. Tada!

Payback will re-release on January 16th!

But if you’ve already read Ripples, it’s the same story, so hold onto your hats for the release of the next book in the series. Backlash will be coming out on or around January 29th!!

I’m so excited about this story. My early readers say it kept them on the edge of their seats.

Book 3 in the “Unintended Consequences” series will be Backfire, and it will feature James’s friend, Mary. I hope to have it out by Spring, along with the next book in the Binding Love series.
